7th International Preclinical Imaging Conference

The 7th International Conference on Preclinical Imaging Applications was successfully held on November 17-18, 2023, at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Organized by the university's preclinical laboratory in collaboration with renowned domestic and international institutions, the conference brought together over 400 researchers, faculty, and scientists from various countries to discuss the latest advancements in preclinical imaging

As reported by Sina Media, Coinciding with World Physics Day, the event provided a platform for experts to share their research on innovative fields such as nanomedicine, cancer diagnosis and treatment, and artificial intelligence.

 

Dr. Mohammad Reza Ay, the conference chair, expressed his satisfaction with the event's success. "This conference is held annually, and last year it was in the form of a symposium. This year, we received a much warmer welcome, with about 400 registrations and 200 submitted abstracts. This encouraged us to hold the event as a full-fledged conference this year," he stated. The conference featured international speakers from countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, and other European nations, who delivered virtual presentations. Notably, the event coincided with World Physics Day, providing an opportunity for nuclear medicine specialists to gather and exchange ideas. The 7th International Conference on Preclinical Imaging Applications played a significant role in fostering knowledge sharing, collaboration, and advancing the field of preclinical imaging, ultimately contributing to improved global health outcomes
