Dr Somayeh Ebrahimi Barough, a faculty member of the Tissue Engineering Department at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, stated that Tehran University of Medical Sciences is a pioneer in using cell therapy for various diseases. She added, "Due to the importance of a young population, infertility is a serious issue for our country. Accordingly, one of the infertility treatments is treatment through stem cells found in women's menstrual blood, which can significantly increase the chances of pregnancy.
